Construction:

• Frames are constructed of 11 and 13 ply Russian and Brazilian hardwoods that are kiln dried and laminated. Thicker plywood means more staples and tack strip holding power. Frames are precision cut using computerized routers. Frames fit together like a puzzle which provides extra rigidity and strength. If the frame is not cut properly it can’t be put together.
• Seat cushions are standard 1.8 density core and is wrapped in Dacron which varies depending on the style. Varying sized cushions assure that multiple styles all have similar seating.
• Sinuous wire spring construction (no sag) is used that is attached by clip to the front and back rail and tied to each other with steel tie wires. Thus, it provides stability to the frame and offers a seat that is void of creaks and squeaks. The tie wires keep the springs from twisting.
