How to Properly Adjust Misaligned Drawers HEADING_TITLE

The following guide will show you how to adjust misaligned drawers with side mounted guides.

Misaligned Drawer

The drawer is misaligned. Not only does it look out of place, but it may not close or open properly because of the misalignment.

Inner Drawer Guides

Remove the offending drawer out and you’ll see the inner guides.

Removed Screw

Remove the screw from the front of the offending guide.

Adjusted Drawer Guide

Adjust the height of the guide and place the screw in the oval hole of the guide. Don’t use the same hole when you removed the screw.

Close the drawer. If the drawer is still misaligned, loosen the screw and adjust the height of the guide again. Keep repeating until you get the perfect alignment. That’s all there is to it. Enjoy your properly aligned drawer.
