Sales and Ordering Conditions
The prices do not include shipping and handling charges. New
Jersey residents add 7% sales tax. There is no sales tax for out of state
deliveries. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Your credit card
will be charged on the day that you place your order online. FOW is not
responsible for any typographical errors. FOW is not responsible for delivery
delays due to accidents, late shipments from manufacturers, or other causes
beyond its control. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods
will fit in their chosen location, so please take proper measurements prior to
placing your order. The room needs to be cleared prior to the delivery arrival.
Stains and paint colors on furniture may vary slightly from the finished
product. FOW can not guarantee an exact color match due to color variations of
wood and fabric and the way colors are displayed on your monitor or
printouts from our website.
Shipping
Small items are shippied by UPS or FedEx Ground. Items such as
living rooms, dining rooms, beds, etc. will be shipped as an In-Home Delivery
and Set-Up (White Glove Service). This ensures that your merchandise will arrive
undamaged. We don’t deliver large merchandise as curb-side delivery.
Method of Payment
FOW accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, our
private label credit card, cash, cashier's checks, money orders, and certified
checks as forms of payment. For any orders placed online, your credit card will
be charged on the day that you place your order.
Receipt of Product
Always inspect your shipment carefully upon receipt. If your
shipment has arrived damaged, don't panic. Notify UPS, FedEx, or our delivery
company at the time of delivery, if possible. Do not discard the packaging
material or the damaged item. Contact FOW customer service and we will file a
damage claim with the carrier as well as a reshipment. FOW is not responsible
for a damaged item after 24 hours from the day of delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
FOW must be notified within 48 hours from the date of purchase
for a return or exchange. All returns, cancellations, and failures to accept the
order are subject to 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs and are not
acceptable 48 hours after the date of purchase. “Paid Take” transactions will
constitute a final sale without service. There are no refunds, returns, or
exchanges for custom and two-tone finishes.
Optional 5-Year Protection Plans
You have the option of buying the MFS
5-Year Protection Plans with coverage that will protect furniture from many
spots, stains, damage, and other mishaps.
